Dr. Shane Welch, DMD
Dr. Welch was raised in the Mobile, Alabama area and still continues to reside there. Upon graduation from high school, he attended the University of Alabama where he received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology. He then attended The University of Alabama School of Dentistry at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. During dental school, Dr. Welch received the honor to represent the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in Japan for an international educational program that is conducted annually. He is a member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. He also received an award as a graduating senior from the American Academy of Oral & Maxillofacial Pathology for his exemplary aptitude and achievement in oral pathology. Dr. Welch believes in continuing his education so that he may continue to offer modern and cutting edge treatments to his patients and provide them with excellent dental care. Dr. Welch is also an active member in the Alabama Dental Association, American Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry. When Dr. Welch is not treating patients at the office, he enjoys Alabama football, fishing, golf, and spending time with his family and friends.
Taylor
Dental Hygienist and Front Desk Coordinator
Taylor has been in the dental field since 2013 practicing as a dental hygienist, assistant, and front office coordinator. Her favorite part about her job is making everyone feel welcome and seeing patients gain confidence in their smile. She prides herself in helping every aspect of the office run smoothly and making sure every patient has a wonderful experience. When she is not hard at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Josh, and precious son, Harrison, boating, shopping, and Alabama football.
Courtney
Dental Hygienist
Courtney has been in the dental field for over 16 years, practicing as a dental hygienist and Assistant. She prides herself on serving her community and helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health. When she is not taking care of patients, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Josh, and beautiful daughter, River, the outdoors, and boating with friends.

Dental Hygienist
Ashley has been in the dental field since 2009 as a dental hygienist and assistant. Her favorite part of her job is getting to know each patient, and having a chance to help create and maintain healthy and beautiful smiles. Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, and son, Karson, boating, and traveling. She looks forward to helping patients in any way she can be of service.
Deanne
Dental Assistant
Deanne has been in the dental field for over three years as a dental assistant. Her past experience in customer service over the years has made her an asset to our patient care team. She loves getting to be a part of helping patients gain confidence in their smile. Deanne enjoys spending time with her husband, David, and three children, traveling, and Alabama football. She is eager to meet every patient and male their experience the best she can.
Hannah
Dental Assistant
Hannah attended dental assisting school in 2016, and has been practicing ever since. Her favorite part about her job is getting to know every patient and being a part of their journey to oral health. Hannah enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Keaton, and family, traveling, and boating on the river. She is happy to welcome every patient with a smile and help patients any way that she can be of service.
